pyrotec A50L animal cremator
design
The Pyrotec A50L range of incinerators is designed to burn animal remains and carcase material in an efficient, clean and environmentally safe manner. The range was initially developed and designed to meet the stringent standards of the EU Animal By-Product Regulations EC1774/2002, where these related to low capacity incinerators. However we have now extended the range by the addition of two enhanced versions that may be utilised within non-EU countries. These versions are built to the same exacting standards but have higher burner ratings and so offer increased throughput capacities. The two units are specifically designed for the destruction of animal remains and carcases derived from farms, abattoirs and other such establishments.

Fabricated mild steel construction using 5mm steel plate suitability braced and stiffened.

Hot face material 1,600°C quality 115mm thick, backed by 38mm calcium silicate insulation.
Secondary Chamber
Hot face material 1,550°C quality 80mm thick backed by 38mm ceramic fibre insulation.

burners
Each unit is fitted with automatic package burners, which are complete with electric ignition and flame failure control devices and all necessary valves, motors and integral continuous running fan. They are automatically temperature controlled to provide optimum combustion conditions, adequate secondary chamber temperatures and fuel economy.
Primary Chamber – three or four burners rated at 200kW with on/off control
Secondary Chamber – one burner rated at 400kW with high/low control
fans
All combustion and cooling air is provided by automatically controlled (automatic loading) centrifugal fans, which provide air to nozzles strategically located throughout the combustion chambers to ensure optimum conditions.
loading door
Pneumatic powered automatic top loading door designed to operate in unison with the incinerator operation having programmable time and temperature operating sequence to ensure maximum throughput. Complete with waste feed hopper to accept pallet or boxed waste for loading with bin tipper or forklift truck.
finish
Two coats of primer followed by two coats of enamel finish in red.
control panel
Automatic control system built to IEC standards incorporating relay control, providing all automatic plant functions and incorporating the following sequences.
1) Preheat
2) Burn cycle
3) Burndown
4) Cooldown
The control panel will be equipped with an active mimic diagram showing operating status of the plant together with indication of primary, secondary chambers and exhaust temperatures.
