  Since the middle part of the year 1998, when L & P Furnaces were taken over by C.T.I. and the L & P staff (Kevin Evans, Malcolm Baines and some others) joined Techtrol, I have used this company exclusively to maintain the L & P cremators at Durham Crematorium.
  
  The continuing level of service received from Techtrol has been excellent and, in the event of an emergency (mercifully on very few occasions), the response has been very quick.
  
  The cremators have been serviced regularly and problems have been minimal. The cremators were recently tested independently for the E.P.A. (1990) and passed without problems.
  
  I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Techtrol, in the light of my own experience with this company

  Techtrol Limited tendered for and won a contract for the installation of a Clinical Waste Incineration Plant, complete with Waste Heat Boiler, to replace our existing facility at the Campus.
  
  During the installation all work was carried out to a high standard and was efficiently completed. During this period I found the Techtrol management and their engineers to be very professional and flexible to work with.
  
  Since completion the plant has performed admirably in the terms of throughput, reliability and emissions to atmosphere, the latter always being well within the permitted limits. Further to this the after sales service, offered by Techtrol, is excellent and I have no reservations in recommending this Company for any future installation.

  Techtrol Limited installed a Pyrocol 450 incinerator in Quintiles England some six years ago. Since that date it has produced more than satisfactory results, as demonstrated below.
  
  I have never had a complaint from the Environmental Authorities or other agencies involved in waste and pollution inspections.
  
  The staff at Techtrol are courteous and prompt when dealing with queries, and extremely professional when the plant undergoes annual servicing.

  Rose Hill Crematorium have four L & P Cremators, these were installed by Kevin and Malcolm who at that time worked for the above company. When L & P were taken over by Cremation Technology International the customer service care and maintenance programme was not acceptable.
  
  Techtrol approached Rose Hill regarding our maintenance work, I received information regarding price and service and up to the present day feel we have had value for money.
  
  Techtrol have been maintaining our Cremators for the past two years. The service has been excellent, any problems that we encounter are dealt with almost immediately. Techtrol are extremely reliable and very flexible to meet our needs

  Following the acquisition of L and P Furnaces by C.T.I. in 1998, the Council decided to award any service contracts for the cremators to Techtrol Limited. This being due mainly to the engineers who had previously been employed by L and P Furnaces.
  
  Since then all services have been carried out to our satisfaction and fully detailed reports have been submitted for our reference.
  
  On the occasions when a problem has required an engineer, this has normally been within 24 hours and the problem solved during the visit.
  
  In 1999 a reline of the two cremators was carried out. Due to the design of our machines this requires a closedown of the plant. Techtrol were awarded the work and it was carried out to schedule. Any additional problems were brought to our attention immediately and where appropriate the work was completed again on schedule.
  
  During the closedown the chapel was in use for services and all Techtrol staff were sensitive and cooperative, causing no disturbance to services and the public.
  
  Overall I would have no hesitation in awarding further work to Techtrol Limited or recommending them to any other Crematoria

  On installation new in 1992 it was planned to subsequently retro fit to meet changing legislation on emission control.
  
  In 1995 Techtrol Ltd were chosen to design and carry out this major upgrade with a Project cost of £300K.
  
  I am pleased to report that the upgrade has been successful and ensures compliance with current and predicted legislation.
  
  Techtrol Ltd are also contracted to carry out routine planned maintenance, and to provide specialist support.
  
  This, with operator training provided by Techtrol, is enabling high availability of the plant.

  In 1993 Techtrol were successful in gaining a contract from the South Manchester Health Authority to design, install and commission a 400 Kg / hour Clinical Waste and heat recovery incineration plant at Wythenshawe Hospital.

  Following a competitive tender procedure, Techtrol Limited have recently completed the relining of an Evans Universal Series 300/2 cremator located at Stonefall Crematorium, Harrogate. The work was undertaken and completed within the given timescale and on budget. The standard of work was excellent and the level of disruption to the Crematorium was kept to an absolute minimum. Such was our satisfaction with Techtrol's staff and their standard of work, we have decided to use them for our second reline due to complete in September 1999. I have no hesitation in recommending Techtrol for this type of work
