  We offer different levels of service each individually tailored to each client's specific needs. These range from quarterly to annual services, with the dates arranged to suit the client.

• spares

  The most common items are kept in stock. Upon order these can be despatched to clients by overnight courier. More unusual items can be ordered by ourselves and delivered to the client normally within a few working days.
  The fitting of spares should not be a problem as this routine is covered during the training of the operatives following installation.

• planning

  Gaining planning permission can be a daunting prospect at the best of times and it's for this reason that we offer considerable assistance in this area.
  Due to the fact that we have significant experience with local government with our help, the client's chances of achieving planning permission is greatly improved.
